Golang Job: DevOps Engineer

Efficiency, security, predictability: pick three. Wildfire Systems, Inc. is growing like... well, you get the idea, and we are looking for a new team member to drive our automation and infrastructure projects forward. In this role, you will help take Wildfire to the next level of configuration, security and availability.

We leverage modern tooling to deploy quickly and support our excellent team of core developers. In this growth role, you’ll have exposure to many kinds of projects, from mobile to frontend to cloud infrastructure. We're looking to add an experienced, passionate engineer to this team of force-multipliers within the Wildfire engineering organization.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will have a strong skillset in problem solving and a focus on developer experience while maintaining a secure cloud environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Expertise in the following tools is required for this role:

• Terraform

• Google Cloud Platform

• Docker

• Git/GitHub

• CI/CD configuration

• Bazel experience is a plus

• Golang experience is a plus

• JavaScript experience is a plus

• SQL experience is a plus

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Wildfire Systems salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Wildfire Systems’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses and long term incentives.
